Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Drain salmon, flake into a bowl and blend other ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a buttered dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until top is delicate brown.
