Strawberry Mousse(Makes 2 Quarts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. strawberries
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mash and force the berries through a coarse sieve.
    Add sugar and cook until mixture begins to thicken, stirring mixture frequently toward the last of the cooking period.
    Cool.
    Fold in whipped cream and freeze.
