Marcella'S Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large white onions
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. white mushrooms
    1 head of garlic
    1/2 lb. Prosciutto or ham
    1 pt. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut onions, garlic and Prosciutto into strips.
    Heat oil and place cut ingredients into pan; saute until onions are translucent.
    Cook mushrooms in salted water until tender; drain and add to onion mixture.
    Add pepper or salt to taste.
    Add heavy cream and stop cooking.
