Korean Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. chunk ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3 onion tops, sliced
4 small red chilies, dried, seeded and crushed
1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. black sesame seed
Preparation

Make marinade by combining the first 6 ingredients.
At least 30 minutes before serving, stir beef cubes into the marinade and let stand, stirring occasionally.
To serve, heat salad oil; add meat.
Cook, stirring to brown on all sides.
Drain meat slightly; place on serving plate.
Sprinkle with soy sauce, then with the sesame seed to serve.
