Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 2 x 1/2-inch strips
    1 can onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat in cooking oil.
    Add onion soup.
    Simmer until meat is very tender.
    Add mushroom soup and heat through.
    Just before serving, add sour cream.
    Add mushroom pieces, if desired.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
