Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless)
    1 onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 red pepper
    2 c. broccoli
    2 c. cauliflower
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. frozen corn
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp. Creole seasoning (optional)
    1 small can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Get large skillet (size may vary).
    Spray with nonstick cooking oil (Pam).
    Cut the chicken into strips.
    Chicken is to be skinless.
    Cook until thoroughly done.
