Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. lite or fat-free sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
