Butter-Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1 c. long grain rice
    1/3 c. butter
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of Accent
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Bring water to\ta
    boil. Add salt. Pour over rice.
    Let stand (covered) 30
    minutes.
    Rinse rice in cold water. Drain. Melt butter in
    skillet.
    Add
    rice
    and cook over medium heat until butter is
    mostly absorbed. Turn into 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Accent
    and garlic salt.
    Pour bouillon over and bake, covered, for 45 minutes
    at
    325\u00b0. Add parsley and fluff with a fork.
    Add\talmonds
    and
    bake,
    uncovered,
    10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
