Helen'S Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 c. bacon drippings
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation

Saute all ingredients in skillet with 1/4 cup bacon drippings. Pour over 5 to 6 cooked and sliced potatoes.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or hot throughout.
