Apple Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apples, peeled and sliced (enough to fill pie dish)
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Pour over apples and mix.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
