Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ripe avocados
1 small grated onion
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
dash of Worcestershire sauce
3 hot green chilies, seeded and chopped
4 small tomatoes, seeded and diced
3 tsp. fresh coriander, chopped
tortilla chips
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
lime juice
Preparation

Peel; mash avocados.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Squeeze lime juice over dip to prevent turning brown.
Decorate with fresh coriander to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips.
