Kraut Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut, drained
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 small bottle pimentos, drained
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Drain kraut dry.
    Mix kraut and other ingredients and let stand overnight.
    Keep in refrigerator.
