Pineapple-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 small container cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. coffee cream
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix water and Jell-O.
    Add pineapple.
    Let set until soft jelly consistency.
    Mix together and add rest of ingredients.
    Add a few drops of green coloring (if desired), then pour into an oiled mold.
    This is very festive for a Christmas dinner salad. Serves 9.
