Ingredients

3/4 c. water
1/2 c. tomato paste
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seeds
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
6 oz. ground chuck/turkey
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
6 large garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 (11 oz.) pkg. refrigerated French bread dough
3/4 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan, stirring well.
Place over low heat until well heated.
