Fat Free Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots
3 egg whites
1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray with Baker's Joy or Pam a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients.
Beat at low speed until moistened.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
