Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. brandy
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    3 c. white bread cubes
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    orange peel (optional)
Preparation
    In small bowl, marinate raisins in brandy for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat milk and butter in saucepan; set aside.
