Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 small onion, diced
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Melt margarine.
    Add dry ingredients, onion and milk. Cook over low heat until thickened.
