Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables (frozen)
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can pimentos
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook vegetables 5 minutes in salted water.
    Drain.
    In large bowl, combine soup, water chestnuts, pimentos and bread crumbs. Mix well.
    Add drained vegetables and mix.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Cover top of casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
