Peruvian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together marinade.
    Marinate chicken for 2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes if boneless, 45 minutes with bone.
    Serve over rice or with potatoes.
