Cabbage Pineapple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
    3 c. fine shredded cabbage, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. unpeeled red Delicious apples
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain 3 tablespoons juice from pineapple.
    Combine cabbage, apples, celery and raisins.
    Mix mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
    Pour over rest of the vegetables.
    Cover and chill.
    Let set at least 6 to 8 hours to let the flavors blend. The longer you keep this salad the better it gets.
