Prize Winning Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
flavor seasoning
1 lb. crab meat
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter.
Saute onion and green pepper.
Blend in flour and soup, stirring until thick.
Add crab meat and seasonings. Turn into greased casserole and top with dry bread crumbs and cheese.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until brown.
May be served in ramekins.
