Southern Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
3 Tbsp. catsup
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken gumbo soup
Preparation

Brown beef and onion in hot fat.
Drain.
Stir in catsup, mustard and soup.
Simmer until mixture thickens (to desired) about 15 to 20 minutes.
Spoon over toasted split buns.
(May be made early and refrigerated, then heated.)
Makes 6 servings.
