Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook macaroni as package directs; drain.
    Melt margarine in saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil, stirring.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese and the macaroni. Pour into 2-quart casserole and sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
