Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal, sifted
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    1 1/2 c. creamed corn (canned)
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix preceding ingredients together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
