Orange Chiffon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. orange gelatin (sugar-free)
    3/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip topping, thawed
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix gelatin and hot water until dissolved.
    Stir in cold water. Refrigerate until it starts to thicken to a jello consistency. Fold in oranges and pineapple, then fold in Cool Whip until well blended.
    Pour into four cup molds or serving bowls.
    Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
