Granny Stephens Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix salt, sugar, flour, soda and baking powder together first, then add milk, vanilla and butter.
    Beat eggs.
    Add to mixture. Put into freezer until you set oven and grease cookie sheet.
    Roll into small balls and pat flat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
