Veg-Chilli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 1/2 c. strips green pepper
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas
    1 1/2 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can tomato juice
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Saute chopped vegetables in oil.
    Add ingredients; mix and simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Season with chili powder to taste.
