Everyday Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. snack cake mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

In 8-inch layer cake or square pan, stir all ingredients with rubber spatula until well blended.
Scrape down sides of pan. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool cake in pan on rack.
Makes 8 servings.
