Ham And Cheese Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ham, chopped
    16 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
    4 eggs
    3/4 lb. shredded cheese (Colby or Cheddar)
    3 c. milk
    pinch of dry mustard
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan thoroughly with Pam or Mazola oil spray.
    Put 8 slices of bread in pan.
    Top with ham and cheese. Put the remaining 8 slices on top.
    Beat eggs; add milk and mustard.
    Pour over bread slices.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator, covered.
    Before baking, melt 1/2 cup oleo and 3 cups finely crushed cornflakes and put on top.
    Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven (325\u00b0 for Pyrex).
    Use only glass, enamel or Baker's Secret pans.
    Do not use aluminum or badly scratched pans.
