Fettucine With Chicken In Parmesan Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. chicken, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. margarine
    4 garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. 1% milk
    1 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. hot fettucine
    2 c. blanched broccoli
Preparation
    Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking oil.
    Heat for 1 minute. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes, then remove.
    Melt margarine.
    Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
    Add flour and cook, stirring constantly with whisk, for 1 minute.
    Slowly add milk and cook until bubbly and thick.
    Add cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Add pasta, broccoli and chicken.
    Ready to serve.
