Lemon Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Blend in eggs.
    Add combined dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk and juice, mixing well after each addition.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
