Aunt Leona'S Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 regular or 1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. orange sherbet
1 small can mandarin oranges

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 cup cold water. Mix well.
Add sherbet and juice from mandarin oranges.
Beat with electric mixer until foamy.
Let set until partly set.
Stir in mandarin oranges.
Pour into mold or other dish.
Refrigerate.
