Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can salmon
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and drop by spoonfuls in hot oil (375\u00b0) and fry until golden brown, turning once.
    Drain and serve.
