Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix (your choice)
2 cans kidney beans
1 can Ro-Tel
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
chili powder
salt
pepper
Preparation

Brown meat; drain grease.
In a 5-quart pan, combine all ingredients; mix together well.
Add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Bring just to a boil and then turn heat to simmer. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with cheese and crackers.
