Rice And Nut Vegetable Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. dry bread crumbs or seasoned crumbs
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Put in oiled baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and immediately turn out onto platter.
