Annie'S Green Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 large mango (bell pepper)
    1 qt. apple cider vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    20 to 30 hot peppers (jalapeno, cayenne, chili or banana peppers; mix or use all one kind)
Preparation
    Dice all vegetables; add to the rest of the ingredients.
    Place in pan; cook on medium-high until tender.
    Spoon into a blender and chop.
    Place in covered container; store in refrigerator.
    This can be put in canning jars and canned.
    Cook for 30 minutes on medium-high heat (in your canner) after water starts to boil.
    This is good on a cool day in chili, on tacos, in hot dog sauce or even as a chip dip.
