Fruit Fantasy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1 (6 oz.) lemon flavor jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 can sliced peaches
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    3/4 c. lemon-lime soda
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and fluffy; set aside.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Stir in cream cheese mixture until well blended.
    Drain fruit, reserving juice to make 1 1/2 cups combined.
    Reserve a few peaches for garnish.
    Stir juice and soda into jello mixture.
    Refrigerate until thick.
    Cut peaches into bite size.
    Fold fruit and marshmallows into thick jello mix. Pour into 7 cup mold.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Garnish with mint and reserved peach slices.
