Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
bay leaf
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 bunch romaine (bite size pieces)
1/2 head lettuce (bite size pieces)
2 red onions, sliced thin
2 tomatoes, quartered
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
8 to 10 black olives
1/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
4 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation

In a jar, combine oil, vinegar, bay leaf, garlic and oregano. Shake well and chill several hours.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Before serving, remove bay leaf and garlic from dressing.
Shake well and pour over salad.
Serves 6.
