Parmesan Potato Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 medium unpeeled potatoes, cleaned
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
paprika
Preparation

Combine onion, celery and butter in an 8-inch square baking dish.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are just about tender.
Thinly slice potatoes into baking dish; mix lightly.
Cover and microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender; stir once. Add garlic salt, pepper, cheese and seasonings; mix lightly. Sprinkle with paprika.
Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes, uncovered.
