Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. popped popcorn
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Divide popped corn between 2 to 4-quart bowls.
    Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in 2 1/4-quart casserole. Microwave, uncovered, 2 1/2 minutes; stir.
    Microwave, uncovered, to boiling, 30 seconds.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Stir in baking soda. Pour syrup over popped corn, stirring until mixed.
    Microwave on High 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring every minute.
    Cool, stirring occasionally.
