Roasted Peppers And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Red Peppers
    Green Peppers
    Yellow Peppers
    Onions, red or Spanish
    Sicilian sweet and sour sauce (see below)
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half and onions in wedges. Place in 375\u00b0 oven. Turn over when well browned to toast other side. Remove from oven and place peppers in a brown paper bag. Let stand in bag for 10 minutes. Peel and cut into strips. Arrange on platter with onions and marinate with sauce. Great with salads, appetizers, or alone with bread.
