Thelma'S Hot Dog Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. ground beef or ground pork, turkey or deer
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium onion (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 heaping Tbsp. mustard
    hot sauce to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet (drain off grease).
    Add all other ingredients; stir well.
    Simmer 2 hours or longer, stirring occasionally.
