Louisiana Baked Flounder With Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. flounder fillets
4 slices bacon
4 slices lemon
1/2 c. condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 bay leaves
seasoning to taste
1 large onion, sliced
Preparation

Place fish fillets over 2 slices bacon in greased baking dish. Cover with remaining bacon and lemon slices.
Combine tomato soup and water.
Add bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
Place sliced onion on top of fish and pour sauce over fish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Place on heated serving platter.
Strain sauce over fish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serves 4.
