Ingredients

4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix flour, warm water, yeast and salt into a ball (may need a little extra flour if it seems too sticky).
Divide into 3 or 4 balls; let rise in warm place for 1 hour.
Spread in greased pizza or cookie sheet pans.
