Homemade Pepperoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 Tbsp. curing salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. fennel seed
    3/4 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix by hand.
    Form into rolls.
    Refrigerate, uncovered, for 24 hours.
    Bake on wire rack (so juices drip through) at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
