Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order listed by hand.
    Pour into greased spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When done, leave in oven with door open for 1 hour to cool.
    Remove from oven and cool for additional 2 hours, then refrigerate.
