Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. chicken breast
    1/4 c. pineapple (unsweetened crushed or tidbits), drained
    1/4 c. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
    1 tsp. cornstarch (enough to slightly thicken)
Preparation
    Place chicken breast in baking dish.
    Spoon pineapple over chicken.
    Pour slightly thickened juice over chicken breast and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
    Baste chicken occasionally.
    Serves 1.
