Yellow Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. chopped yellow squash
    4 c. chopped onions
    1 large chopped green bell pepper
    1 large jar chopped pimiento, well drained
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. pickling spices
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. celery seed
    5 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Place
    first
    4 ingredients in large pan.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients in a pan.
    Bring this mixture to a boil and then strain.
    Pour
    vinegar
    mixture
    over squash mixture and mix. Bring
    to a boil for about 2 minutes then put in sterilized jars and seal.
