Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

hen or large fryer, cooked
1 stick margarine
black pepper
salt
Preparation

Cover chicken with water to have enough broth. When cooked, take chicken out of broth; bone and use in dumplings (if desired). Make dough with cup of broth. Make it real stiff, where you can roll your dumplings out and they don't tear up when layered into boiling broth. Put a lot of black pepper on each layer. Let each layer get done before putting others in boiling broth. Layer until all of your dough is used. Leave plenty of broth where dumplings won't be dried out.
