Seafood And Spinach Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. shredded lemon peel
1/4 c. minced basil leaves
1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
1 lb. small thin sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. spinach leaves, rinsed and stems trimmed
3/4 lb. firm textured whitefish (halibut, sea bass or shark)
3/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1 lb. Roma tomatoes
Preparation

Bring herbs, broth and potatoes to a boil.
Simmer about 20 minutes. Add shrimp, fish, tomatoes and half the spinach.
Simmer 5 more minutes. Garnish with the rest of the spinach. Serves 6.
